Cancellation Policy

Ánanda Karniká Yoga Retreat Centre reserves the right to cancel a retreat at any time. If we cancel a retreat, we will provide at least one (1) week’s notice and issue a full refund. 

If you cancel your retreat booking, the following cancellation terms apply per booking:

1. 20+ days before the program start date
   A refund is available, or your payment may be transferred to another retreat date
   A ₩25,000 processing fee applies to transfers
2. 19 days to 72 hours before the program start date
   Your payment will be transferred to another retreat date
   A ₩95,000 cancellation fee will be deducted
3. Within 72 hours of the program start date / no-shows / early departures
   No credit or refund will be provided

* Processing times: Refunds and applicable processing may take up to 7 days.
