Send us the payer name and transaction details. We normally confirm receipt and your reservation within 2–3 days.

Once your payment is complete, please send us a short message.

Include the participant’s full name, retreat date, payer name and PayPal transaction ID. This is especially important when someone else paid for you or the payment email differs from your registration email.

We normally confirm your deposit within 2–3 days. If you have not heard from us after that time, contact us and attach or quote your payment receipt.

BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS

Know the terms before paying.

By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the booking and cancellation conditions for your retreat.

Cancellation deductions depend on how far in advance you cancel. Refunds are issued through PayPal when applicable, and the receiver is responsible for transfer charges. Processing may take up to seven days.

If something does not work.

If the checkout does not appear or your payment is declined, do not submit repeated payments.
