Ánanda Karniká Yoga Retreat Centre reserves the right to cancel a retreat at any time. If we cancel a retreat, we will provide at least one (1) week’s notice and issue a full refund.

If you cancel your retreat booking, the following cancellation terms apply per booking:

  1. Cancellations made up to 20 days prior to commencement: Refunds will be issued after deduction of a processing fee of 25,000 won.
  2. Cancellations made between 19 days and 72 hours prior to commencement: Refunds will be issued after deduction of a processing fee of ₩95,000.
  3. Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to commencement, no-shows, or early departures: no refunds will be issued.
